We may collect the following information when you use the LoadRaptor Chrome Extension:

• Email Address – used for authentication and access to features.

• User Preferences – such as saved loads, templates, filters, and settings.

• Extension Usage Data – interactions with features and loadboard activity.

• Communication Data – Emails sent via LoadRaptor extension using Google authorization.

• Email Content (Gmail) – When you use buttons 'Extract Load Info' or 'Send to Driver', the extension accesses selected Gmail attachment content (for example, a PDF rate confirmation) needed for that action. 

• Selected file/data may be transmitted to LoadRaptor infrastructure for extraction/sharing workflows as described in this Policy.

• Cookies – used for session handling and performance improvements.

• Payment Information: All payments are securely processed through PayPal. We do not collect, store, or access any credit card or payment data on our servers. For more details, please refer to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate or/and authorize users via Google.

• Manage email templates and auto-email functionality.

• Send emails only when you initiate them (with authorization).

• Extract load details from rate confirmation PDFs.

• Create shareable links for Send to Driver.

• Power and improve the LoadRaptor Chrome Extension. 

• Log feature events (for example, extraction/send flow events and errors) to monitor reliability, troubleshoot failures, and improve product performance.

• Personalize your experience and store your preferences.

• Provide customer support and respond to your questions.

• Send important notifications or updates related to the extension.

• Process subscription payments securely through PayPal.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

If you authorize email access:

• We access selected email attachments (PDF) only when you use buttons 'Extract Load Info' or 'Send to Driver' (to extract load details or create a shareable link).

• We only send emails when you explicitly trigger them. 

• We do not send emails on your behalf automatically or in the background.

• We do not sell your email content or contacts. When you use extraction/sharing features, selected file/data may be processed by LoadRaptor infrastructure as described in this Policy.

• You can revoke permissions anytime via your Google Account settings.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share your data only with trusted third-party providers for the following purposes:

• Google for email authorization and autoemailing functionality.

• PayPal: to process payments securely.

• Support: Provide customer support (chat/helpdesk tools).

We use industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, changes, or deletion:

• Data transmission is encrypted where supported by the endpoint.

• OAuth 2.0 for email permissions.

• Regular security reviews.
