• "Service": The LoadRaptor Chrome extension and related features.

• "User": You or Anyone using LoadRaptor.

• "Subscription": A paid plan that gives full access to features.

• Users may need to have an account and log in using Google authentication (OAuth 2.0).

• Access is provided through Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0). You are responsible for securing your Google account and any device where the extension is installed.

• We can’t be held responsible for any unauthorized access caused by your actions.

• We request permission to send emails only when needed for user-triggered email functionality.

• Payments are securely processed via PayPal.

• Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel it through your dashboard.

• Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

By using LoadRaptor, you agree to:

• Use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Avoid spamming brokers or misusing the auto-email feature.

• Not upload or distribute content that violates intellectual property rights.

• Not copy, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or modify any part of the Service.

• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

• You may stop using the Service at any time.

If you grant us access to your email:

• If you use Gmail-related features (including "Extract Load Info" and "Send to Driver"), the extension operates in your open Gmail session and may access selected email attachment content (such as PDF rate confirmations) required for those actions. 

• The extension may save selected files locally to your device Downloads folder when those features are used. 

• To process extraction and sharing workflows, selected file/data may be transmitted to LoadRaptor servers and parsing infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We use Gmail permissions to send email only when you explicitly trigger a send action.

• We do not sell your email content or recipient data, and any processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google account settings.

• You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to send emails through your account.

• You are responsible for lawful use of email and attachments.

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• We reserve the right to terminate your access if you are found to be in violation of these terms.

• By using our service, you agree to both our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

• We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.

• We don’t access your emails beyond what’s needed for the extension to work.

• No data is sold or used for advertising.

LoadRaptor is provided "as is."

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.

• Use of the Service is at your own risk, including any decisions made using LoadRaptor.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of income, deals, or opportunities.

• Downtime or errors caused by third parties (Google, PayPal, loadboards, etc.).

• Any amount exceeding what you’ve paid in the last 3 months.

• We may update these Terms as our service evolves.

• Major changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
